When You Slip and have something u shouldn't don't say the day is blown no you can always.Say ok I eat that candy.But I am still going tho have a better dinner or lunch.I am going to drink extra water don't just say i messed up and the day is shot.Even if you go over your cals it is still better to eat all your meals than to deprive your body of foods it needs to be healthy.

When I feel like I don't want to exercise or eat right,I just think how it will effect me at the end of the week when I get on the scales,then I straighten up and rethink my plan.
