Wow! Great taste in a decaf coffee, delivered to my door at a good price - what more can I ask for? I was really pleasantly surprised. I love my coffee and this has the coffee kick without the caffeine.

If your goal is to decrease and/or eliminate the caffeine in coffee, try easing into that goal with part decaf and part regular coffee. I use high quality (bold) decaf with half mild regular coffee. That way I get some caffeine and avoid caffeine withdrawal side effects.
Once your body gets accustom to the reduction, change the proportions until you are just drinking decaf.
If you're still hungry after you've finished your meal, don't go straight for seconds. Instead, make a cup of hot green tea and drink it first. If you're still hungry after that tea, then go ahead and eat a small additional portion... but chances are, you won't be.
If you're worried about caffeine, you can get decaf green tea too.
Just sprinkle a little cinnamon, or pumpkin spice over the grounds before you start the coffee maker. Your coffee will taste great. I do it with ground decaf coffee. It really saves money over the coffee shop coffee.
