Making sure you are safe and it's daytime (of course) walk/jog/run your exercise in a new direction of your neighbor until you are semi-ďlostĒ. This always doubles the time I tell myself Iím going to jog because I jog until Iím about a block or two away from a landmark I recognize.
I'm never truly lost because my neighborhood is essentially one huge circle, but Iíve increased my exercise, charted new driving shortcuts, and increased my endurance!
