I find when I am going through a tough time, I remember this is all but a moment, I re-focus and keep my eyes on the finishing line, each time I take my focus off the negative I gain ground, and keep on track. It is far easier to meet your goals when you stay focused on the finishing line rather on the negative!
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
I keep a stash of garbage can liners (a dozen or so- refilling as necessary) in the bottom of my garbage can under the open bag currently in use. That way, whenever the bag is full, I just tie it shut, lift it out, and reach down to the bottom to get a fresh one, and immediately re-line the can.
This saves a lot of hassle, and looking for replacement bags.
When I hang my clothes on the line, I hang anything that might require ironing on a coat hanger and hang it over the line! Saves line space if that's limited, and the vast majority of the wrinkles just drop out, especially if there is a breeze. Jut pop a peg over the hook to secure in place and you can fit lots of things on a small line. Multipeg sox to the bottom of the hanger to save even more space. Many things dont need ironing at all, which is alright by me! 30
