I went shopping today at the only store in town that carries my favorite sweet tooth addiction.....I took my adult daughter with me......the motive was for her to help me be strong...Support is such a strong implement in anything that you do, including squashing bad habits to make room for new ones.
I wanted to loose weight before getting pregnant so I bought the wii and the biggest loser game. I worked out and stopped eating all the junk I was and I lost 40 pounds in two months. I managed to keep most of it off even after having a baby. I am 4 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight and he is 3 weeks old.
