These days it’s easy to get into a negative spiral. Everyone is stressed about something. Getting into a negative conversation mode is contagious. It’s also a big motivation killer. When I hear myself going down that slippery slope, I’m making an effort to stop and change the topic or my attitude. Get into the mode of thinking, "There is always something I can do to make things just a little bit better", it makes a difference...not just for yourself, but for those around you.
