Water Is My Secret For Weight Loss - Dehydrated Most Of My Adult Life

This Sparked Me!

My secret is Water - Dehydrated for most of my adult life until Spark People. I use an old Orange juice container (it has a handle and is 89 Fluid Ounces it stays cold because it is so big) I make myself drink it all by the end of the day.

I am not good at drinking (I know that that sounds weird) but I think that I have been dehydrated most of my adult life before coming to Spark People. So the feel and shape of the top of the container *the part that I actually drink from is a very important factor- picky about my water container.

I suggest the intake bottle by thermos. They are about 10.00 and can be found at staples and target. I got my 2 for 12.00 at target a few months ago.
