My time for wanting to snack is 3pm. So I usually head out away from food, for a walk/bike ride. Or if you are in low energy by that time take a bath with candles and soft music. Also looking at some fat pictures.trust me you won't wanna snack after that. Hopefully it helps ya!

I usually save some calories from the day to have a 100cal snack in the evening. I was finding that I needed a little crunch. My daughter made me up a plate one night with a couple grapes, a vey small piece of cheese, some rice crackers and a couple baby carrots. It was balanced and crunchy, and felt like "party food". Just the thing I needed!

Have healthy options you want and I don't mean carrots. Vita Tops, Energy Bars, Fruits, even a hard boiled egg are all good options...

This is a great idea. I like the suggestion of taking a bath and/or eating a 100 calorie snack.

I drink two glasses of water and wait 20 minutes before eating something.

I make sure I do not have any type of snack food around. I don't buy it so if it is there it is because of someone else. My boss brings in snacks on friday. I make sure i have quick healthy snacks such as cut up fruit or celery with peanut butter. that way when I am tempted I grab the healthy stuff.

Snacking at Night!!
At night when I find I am wanting to snack just because...I have a caffeine free peppermint herbal tea.
I find myself wanting to munch late night and have a new way to keep from reaching into the pantry. When I feel like grabbing a late night snack I reach for the medicine chest instead and brush my teeth like always and then apply a tooth whitening gel. I never feel like having a snack after that.
Awhile back I read a "Secret" where someone used oatmeal for her comfort food. I really liked that. So the past 2 weeks I've been doing that, when I wanted a comfort food having oatmeal with some cinnamon and raisins in it. or a little butter, which i don't usually add. It does work, and it has solved a big problem for me. I'm going to try some with peanut butter, like she suggested.
