P90X is a 90 day Beach Body program. The program is divided into three phases. Generally speaking, 3 days/week are weight lifting, 2 days are cardio, 1 day is yoga, and one day is rest or stretching. There is also a "lean" version with more emphasis on cardio/core work. You won't be bored!
