Have A Throw-Away Day Once A Month




Have one unscheduled day a month, where you get together with your friends, have a movie marathon or whatever and eat whatever you want (as long as you're hungry- don't eat for the sake of eating!). It always helps me de-stress and therefore not become too uptight :)

  • Splurge days are part of my program. Anything that is too rigid is a recipe for disaster. I still log everything, though, even a 3000 calorie blowout! The thought of having to log all that here really keeps those kinds of binges infrequent. - by SHAKTI_ANGELIKA
    emoticon Long time ago on the WW plan, my sis and I relatively regularly had "zero point" days. Those were days where everything was "magically" zero points. We found that we didn't really go crazy with eating, but it gave us a moral boost that was worth so much to our weight loss goals. - by ARAMIS5
