emoticon I find that getting my exercise done the first thing in the morning gets my day off to a good start. If I put it off, everything seems to be behind schedule and I am upset with myself. Being a morning person may be why this works for me.

    A great idea.
A light came on when I read: exercise first thing in the morning.
I think that is what I need to do too.
Then it can be checked off of the day's things I need to do list.
I haven't been doing well.
