I am happy with my weight loss success on Sparkpeople and want to MAINTAIN it! An IMPORTANT FEATURE for me during my wt. loss journey was finding DINNERS that have 200 cal. or less,but MORE IMPORTANTLY that take only 30 MIN. PREP TIME!! I wanted to find out the TOTAL CALS FAST W/O a list to see..
Go to Sparkrecipes and click on BROWSE---then click on TIME TO MAKE[whatever time is desired--I chose 30 min.} and it will show the Calories and nutrients defined with EACH recipe so you don't just get a LIST of recipes,but the CALS. AND TIME TO MAKE are already listed there for you !!
