I am a creature of HABIT. Thus, where some find it boring and mundane, I find it comforting to find a meal that works for me,(keeps me full, healthy, etc) & I stick with that every day! At least 5 days a week.

This week was 1/2 of a small banana and 1/2 cup of small curd fat free cottage cheese. By eating like this I can make my meals up ahead of time & be better prepared as I head out of the door each morning for work!
