I spending a lot of time explaining to myself WHY I can do it . I explore my failures, I made bad choices along the way. What are better decisions and what's stopping me from changing my future.
It keeps me encouraged because I stopped blaming myself & began supporting ME. I am learning so much about what I can do. Just as important I forgive myself for what I did & did not do in the past. Maybe this will help you. Forgive your failings and educate yourself in a lot of different ways.

The secrete to getting a head is never looking behind. When it comes to success in any thing you must always move forward and leave past failures behind. Look ahead and visualize reaching that Awesome goal.
Remember motivation is all in mind set. Visualize and think about your goal. Come to terms with the effort and work you are going to have to put in and reach. On those days where you feel like saying 'I'll workout tomorrow'..remember that. Excuses and 'tomorrow" will never get you closer to it
I started to take my own advice 10 days ago. And I am happy to report that I have lost 4lbs already and have people commenting on the difference. Getting your head in the game is have the battle!!!! Anything is possible306
