Choose fresh, organic alternatives. Instead of boxed pasta, bake a nice spaghetti squash. pull the "spaghetti" out with a fork. Cover it with freshly peeled, de-seeded and minced tomatoes, fresh garlic,, and fresh basil! YUMMY!
Instead of canned veggies, buy colorful fresh, organic veggies!
