After lunch, I check my totals for fat, protein, carbs, and calories. Many times, I only have about 200 calories left to stay within my limit. I find that eating some fruit and a couple boiled egg whites gives me the protein I need and the fiber from the fruit helps me stay full. Both are very low in calories (17 calories per boiled egg w/o the yolk and 60-70 calories per whole fruit) so I still stay under my caloric limit. 30641
My girls like ice cream at night, but I have a hard time limiting how much I eat. It's definitely one of my 'trigger foods'! BUT- I found the White Mint Truffle bars from Skinny Cow and they're delicious!!! And only 100 calories! They're so rich that I'm not tempted to eat more than one! 211
