Cardio Knockout by Kathy Smith is a great workout. The boxing is taught by a pro boxer and features interval training with a skip rope and real boxing punches and moves. The kick boxing segment is also guided by a champion showing authentic kickboxing moves.
These workouts will teach you speed, agility and coordination.
They will also show you proper techniques so you won't injure yourself. Includes a brief Tai Chi segment and floor stretches.
Just need a skip rope, but it is so intense its safer to try without the rope first.
