It really does work! I have always hear and read about it. Now I believe.
If you take your time and properly chew your food (I do at least 35 chews but it also depends on what I am eating) you will eat less and feel satisfied sooner.
I also noticed I stop overeating because properly chewing my food made me tired and I did not feel like properly chewing any more food. LOL!
