I always BBQ two meals at the same time. It's okay if one takes longer to grill than the other. I put one up for a few days later then just add fresh veggies and salad. Not only does this save time but also charcoal which is getting expensive.

I only go to the grocery store once every two weeks, and I only buy what is on my list now. I have cut my grocery bill in half, because I am not stopping at the grocery store for 1-2 items and end up buying 10 items, several times a week.

Pre cooking lean meats (watch for sales!) then freezing them in food saver type bags saves time, makes meal prep easy! Lean ground turkey, BBQ'd London Broil or boneless/skinless chicken breast thinly sliced. Freeze into meal-sized portions for your family (my bags serve 2)

5 pounds of 99% lean ground turkey... cook it into crumbles. Cool, then spread out on a sided cookie sheet. Cover with plastic wrap, freeze overnight. Portion out into 10 freezer bags (8 oz each). Seal into ziplock freezer or meal save- type bags. Thaw bag in hot water to use in many recipes
