I surround myself with things that keep me on track. That way I always keep my goals in mind and am less likely to fall off track. The more you are reminded of your goal the less likely you are to overeat or skip your workout.

I've learned to count on only myself when it comes to staying accountable. I used to tell my friends/family "whatever happens, don't let me eat this or that!" and it never works. It works best if I tell myself.. "no matter what happens, don't eat...."
