Every Sunday I make a large meal that will last up to 5 days. I workout everyday after work and sometimes do not get home until after 8. Knowing I have dinner waiting for me at home helps take the stress out of week night meals! Soups and stir-fry are my go-to options.

    I do this with my crock-pot (soups, stews, chilis)... And freeze in single portions. I also always have rice or barley that is frozen in portion size.

    It's the best idea I've heard in ages! Thank you. And combined with STAMPINGADDICT's one it's a sure hit for guys overwhelmed by their working pressure without getting tired by eating the same thing for 5 days - you can just switch or interchange the menu...
