Make A Weekly Meal On Sunday



Every Sunday I make a large meal that will last up to 5 days. I workout everyday after work and sometimes do not get home until after 8. Knowing I have dinner waiting for me at home helps take the stress out of week night meals! Soups and stir-fry are my go-to options.

  • I do this with my crock-pot (soups, stews, chilis)... And freeze in single portions. I also always have rice or barley that is frozen in portion size.
