Plan to Plan It
I organize time in my schedule to plan out my meals and workout routines. I'll typically plan out workouts as far as 1 month in advance & I use 1-2 hours on Saturday to plan my weekly meals, about 2 hours to shop, and 3-4 hours on Sunday to cook. It leaves me SO much more time during the week to get to other chores.
