It's ok to buy small. I just tossed a few things from the fridge cause I buy too big sometimes when buying for us 2 or just me. Buy in smaller quantity and you can save sometimes.

Your are 100% right. I usually buy big packages of vegetables and fruits and end up throwing it away because it spoils before I even get to use them.

I agree too, I usually go shopping once a week and plan my meals and get just what I need for the week. When I do buy bulk, I buy things that will freeze well or things like granola bars that stay good awhile!
