We don't realize how strong we really are until we are at our weakest moment. We don't give ourselves enough credit. In an emergency we can do what needs to be done - how is weightloss any different. An unhealthy life can cause sickness & death. I would call that an emergency. Act on it & be strong.

A simple sentence with powerful words really do push you through that last quarter of your workout. Construct a sentence that really speaks to you. Make sure to leave out any words that might leave you with doubt. Instead of "I think I am strong" say "I am strong." Repeat it in your head. Sounds crazy, but so far it is really helping me stay positive about where I am and what I need to do to reach my goals.
I've been stuck in the same weight range for so long, but I just kept trying the same workouts. I just started working with a personal trainer and already I feel a difference! Get someone who knows their stuff to help you make a change!
