  • after having surgery I must get in at least 90gm of protein but even if you didn't have surgery protein is so very important for all our needs daily to build and maintainn muscle mass as we get older. So I find if I take vitamins and get my protein in I don't have room for other junk food lol now I need to work on drinking enough fluids h2o...were all a work in progress.... so I will work on journaling and that will keep me on track.... protein, water, journaling.... works - by IMBABERN2009
