Work Out For At Least An Hour

If you stay in the gym for at least an hour every day you will see results. Everything these days is meant to save you time and that includes saving time on your workout. I hate to say it, but if you really want to see results and in a reasonable amount of time, it means staying the in gym.

MORE INFORMATION:
I worked out 2 muscles groups a day with strength training and spent at least 30 minutes doing cardio. I did this every day, except maybe one day off a week. Put in the time to get the results.

I couldn't agree more. I don't always do an hour straight, but do at least an hour or more every day. Sometimes I workout in 20 or 30 minute increments, and sometimes longer. It just depends on my daily schedule. But getting in at least an hour makes me feel good about me, and that is worth every second.

I have been doing a 30-35 minute walk every morning and then a 35-40 minute swim in the afternoon. This is over an hour, but not a straight hour. Do you think this is still effective?
