Eating a breakfast low in carbohydrates and high in lean proteins keeps me feeling fuller for a longer period of time and also helps me keep those sugar cravings at bay. So if you have a problem with the carb monster making you crave that oh so bad for you sugar and starch, make sure your breakfast plate is sans carbohydrates and save those breads for later in the day.
Be sure to eat breakfast everyday! Breakfast used to be my Kryptonite but I have gotten into the habit of eating it. It gets the metabolism jump started in the morning and you won't over eat at lunch because you won't be STARVING.
I got into the bad habit of not eating breakfast areound Jr. High School. We got up really early , mom went back to work Full Time and didn't fix b-fast for us anymore. It was a horrible habit I carried into my adulthood but now I feel so good when I eat breakfast.
