Add extra steps every day by parking (or getting off a bus) farther from the building entrance. Then, take at least one flight of stairs if you're able.
This may seem too small or trivial to matter, but it isn't! I almost always do both of these, but one day, I went to the gym with a friend and rode the elevator with her. It honestly took me longer to find my usual pace for walking!
A few extra steps and maybe a flight of stairs helps you "get started" with less effort!

When on vacation I like tp park my car and walk. I do some research before I go and get a hotel in the middle of everything and walk/ Alot of big towns have museum(some science and hands on for kids, Ball parks, parks for the kids or the dogs. Broadway theatre shows, specialty shops, Concerts and regioal bits of fun. 283218444
