Positive thinking increases our feeling of well-being whether we are trying to lose weight or not. To keep myself thinking positively, each night i write down in my journal 5 positive things that happened that day. it helps me go to sleep feeling grateful and happy. :)

you can even just use a loose piece of paper if you don't keep a journal!
