Drink a cup of room-temperature water to relieve a headache. Most daily headaches are signs of mild dehydration. It works about 98% of the time for me, and I love not having to jump for the medicine cabinet twice a day. Plus, it helps get that extra glass of water in!
SHREDDED wheat has lots of protein which is high in fiber, which helps reduce cholesterol in the bloodstream and helps reduce the risk of heart attack.
