I always liberally apply Vaseline petroleum jelly to my feet before putting on my socks and sneakers. After my run/walk, my feet are always smooth and soft. My feet always look nice in sandals or strappy shoes!

As I'm winding down for the night on these hot summer days (and believe me, my apartment is a freakin' terrarium!!), I've taken to sitting with my feet on an ice pack -- especially after I've worked out. It feels pretty darn good, and lessens the swelling and discomfort of icky post-exercise feet. :)
I hit a plateau that lasted 6 months, and I wanted to give up! So, I gave myself a new goal: 2 months to get back in gear before my vacation in May. I started "Insanity" exercise program, got a HR monitor, and am tracking everything. It totally renewed my motivation, and I'm finally losing again!
The Insanity exercise program is pretty intense cardio, and the eating plan is pretty basic: 5 small meals throughout the day.
I believe what contributes to my weight loss is the fact that I "keep the bocy moving." After each meal, especially after dinner, I get up and move. If I talk on the phone, read, wash dishes, even a few sewing tasks, I stay on my feet.311331
