Next time you go see your doctor, tell him/her that you have embarked on a healthy journey. Most don't assume that you run 20 miles a week, do ST 3x/week, and monitor your food carefully. They assume the worst. You will find that your treatment is different once they know what you are up to!

    I do try, but I'm not very good at it. I have a bag I put everything in I want to take to work, and then same for return home. but sometimes I forget it.
