Invest in a magazine subscription or a good book so you have tips and tricks that you won't forget or lose
It's cheaper than a gym or personal trainer and you can use it for as long as it's in good shape. Sometimes they have so much info that you're overwhelmed. I read through and write down one tip to incorporate everyday. after doing that for a few weeks and i read through again and pick a new idea
Staying active doesn't mean get out and exercise. It means try to stay busy so you don't sit around and watch TV/Computer. These are the biggest no-no's when you are on a weight loss mission. If you find yourself getting hungry after dinner and you can't intake more calories get out and walk. This always does the trick.
And don't forget to stay motivated. Set small goals and keep them.
