Using Salad To Help Me Be Able To Have Pizza




If I've planned my calories so that I can have one slice of pizza, I eat a large green romaine salad first to slow me down. Then I can savor every bite of that slice of pizza and enjoy it; knowing that I won't blow my calories and I won't still won't be hungry when I finish eating.

More Information:

I'm very careful about the amount of salad dressing that I put on my salad. Too much dressing would be counter productive!
