Although you may feel like you want to put it off, I find i'm more apt to order naughty take-out when the cupboards are bare. If you keep a steady stream of food (perishable & fresh!) in the house, you want to use it lest it spoil and are less inclined to order take-out! Simple & effective! :)

When I go grocery shopping, I am surprised by the kinds of foods I don't buy anymore. Ice cream, chips, soda. I see them in other shopping carts & wonder why people are wasting their nutrition dollars on junk when they could have yogurt, oranges, and lemon water instead. My tastes HAVE changed!
