Although you may feel like you want to put it off, I find i'm more apt to order naughty take-out when the cupboards are bare. If you keep a steady stream of food (perishable & fresh!) in the house, you want to use it lest it spoil and are less inclined to order take-out! Simple & effective! :)

    I'm with you! One of my weekly goals is to plan meals and do groceries so when the question "what's for dinner" comes up (often on the way home from work when hunger is taking root), I have an answer!
