Instead of sodas with syrups, caffeine, calories, and sugar, consider your supermarket's store brand bubbly water. You get all the fun of a fizzy drink, usually with delicious flavors and without any calories. It feels like a big treat, without any downsides!

Cut Juice with Water or Club Soda/Seltzer/Sparkling Water
Juice can be high sugars and calories. However, if you cut it with water, it lasts longer, tastes less sweet, but just as satisfying, and keeps those calories in check. Instead of water, use club soda for a great soda substitute! I now only use a splash of juice for flavor.
This works for lemonade, or even sodas cut with club soda.
