I work on the 13th floor of a highrise. Early everyday I put on my work tennis shoes and hit the elevator. I go down to the 1st floor and then walk up the stairs to the 13th floor. I use this time to meditate and pray and no one knows I've snuck in a quick workout. .

The first time I lost a significant amount of weight...I would "sneak" in exercise here and there. Taking the stairs, parking in the farthest spot from the mall/groccery store, or purposely making two trips up and down the stairs when I probably could have done it all at once. Sounds a little silly..but it adds up! On top of regular exercise and eating right, I believe this really helped me reach my goal!
When I spend time on the computer - reading my email, doing my online banking, or checking in with SparkPeople - I always sit on my stability ball rather than use a desk chair. As I'm working, I'm usually bouncing a little or shifting from side to side or front to back, all the time working my core. This is an excellent way to sneak in exercise and make online time more productive. And....I feel a little less guilty about spending time on the computer! 43
