Eating a 1 cup of a healthy soup or a small salad 10 minutes before your main meal can cut the amount of food you actually eat. Serve the soup or salad as an appetizer and finish it BEFORE you dish out the main meal.

    I like this comment because this year and last year, I did a container garden on my patio. It was amazing and fun. I planted jalapeno peppers, hot banana peppers, tomatoes, green papers, basil, rosemary. It turned out great and I have a freezer full of peppers for the winter. I also canned some. And, best of all, I learned how to make the best fried green tomatoes ever!!!!

    This seems like it will help me to manage how much I eat. Like you said, I just have to make sure that the soup and salad is healthy and not that many calories.
