YOu are responsible for what you put in your mouth
I recently heard a friend say "my mother makes me eat rich food." Well, unless she had a gun to her head(she didn't) Mom didn't make her eat. Mom may have pressured my friend, but my friend ultimately made the decision to eat the rich food, instead of standing her ground and saying "no." No matter what pressure, or coercion someone uses, you are ultimately responsible for what you choose to eat.
