When you find yourself reaching in the fridge for something because you are stressed, try reaching out to a trusted loved one, friend or team member instead. I have several local team members who I can call when I'm down and tempted - they have been lifesavers for me.
If your friends or loved ones aren't available, try going to the message boards instead. There are plenty of night owls up at all hours too if that is an issue for you. Most of all, please know that you are not alone. We are all in this together!
