Power Nap

I get up early and do my exercises before anyone gets up. I then get ready and go to work. By afternoon I am tired. So I have trained myself to take a power nap. 10 to 15 minutes is all it takes.

I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go until bed time...

    I also get up early ..I do my weights then my push ups thake my dog for a 45 minute walk ..have breakfast the go to the pool ..I spend 25 mins doing aqua execises 25 mins water Jogging and at least 45 minutes doing laps .. I repeat the weights at night I als walk my dog later in the day and use my tready most evenings I love to exercise it makes me feel so good! emoticon

    i totally agree with this! it's hard sometimes to 'squeeze' one in with our krazy buzy schedules, but definitely well worth it.....just remember to set a timer, and not get lost in the snooze cycle :-) power it up! emoticon
