I have found my secret to successful weight loss is drinking more water and drinking that water through out the day. I start my water drinking just as I get out of bed and continue thorugh out the evening. The last thing I do at night is drink at least 4-6 ounces of water.
Knowing that our bodies are made up approximately 80% of water, this has become more easy for me to drink water and recognize that my body need water to help release the toxins from my body.
