I have a sedentary job, so to compensate, I make sure to do something physical every two hours. On my morning break, I walk around the parking lot. At lunch, I take a walk around the mall. And on my afternoon break, I will walk up and down the steps for 5 to 10 minutes.
Not only does it do my body good, but having something to look forward to makes the day go by faster.

I put on ankle weights when I work, cause I'm walking and working the sales floor all day and the weights give my body a workout as I move. I'm constantly moving and don't lose weight cause my body's used to the repetitive movement, so the weights spark it up a bit!
Never miss a chance to exercise. Get up and walk around the house during tv commercials. Do calf raises while waiting in store lines. March in place cooking dinner. Do chair exercises while watching tv. KEEP MOVING to KEEP LOSING!
