Greek yogurt which is thicker and creamer is so much more satisfying to me than regular and I now find it is a better nutrition value.
For 8 ounces of plain no fat yogurt
Regular 137 calories--Greek 120
Regular 0.4g fat--Greek 0.0g
Regular 18.8g carbs--Greek 8g
Regular 14g protein--Greek 15
Greek yogurt is just regular that is allowed to drain so the whey is removed.
