The Best of SP Daily from June 21 titled "Arm Yourself Against Exercise Excuses" had a quote in it that really hit home for me: "I will do what I need to do, in order to do what I want to do." Instead of thinking "I'm exercising," think "I'm creating the energy I need to have more fun!"
