Yes it is important to drink lots and lots of WATER. The best water for you is COLD water. Before you go to bed every night put a bottle of water in the freezer. When you get up it will be frozen. Then prepare your breakfast and it will have melted enough to drink.

MORE INFORMATION:
The body has to work harder to bring the water down to body temperature thus burning more calories.

    I will try this..it only makes sense that ice water would burn more calories as your body id trying to warm to its own temp. thank you for sharing..
