Ice Water Is A Great Friend

Yes it is important to drink lots and lots of WATER. The best water for you is COLD water. Before you go to bed every night put a bottle of water in the freezer. When you get up it will be frozen. Then prepare your breakfast and it will have melted enough to drink.

The body has to work harder to bring the water down to body temperature thus burning more calories.

    I will try only makes sense that ice water would burn more calories as your body id trying to warm to its own temp. thank you for sharing..
