I did not go to the gym Sat or Sunday. I have hand weights at home & followed Spark People Exercises. Oh yes, over the weekend we moved 1 pallet of bricks. You have to work before the sun comes over the house & stop when it does. I feel like I got a great workout & SWEAT a lot. Heat 90, index 105.

Making sure I get my $ worth out of gym membership
To make sure I'm not wasting $ each month on my gym membership, I keep a note posted on my fridge. At the beginning of each month, I write $54 (my monthly gym fee). Each time I go to the gym, I divide the total paid by the number of trips to the gym (i.e. keeping track of how much each trip to the gym is costing me). That way seeing the larger numbers inspires me to go to the gym to get my money's worth!
The night before I lay out my gym clothes and pack my gym bag. If I don't have to work, I put my gym clothes on right away. If I do have to work I take my clothes into work to change. If I have my gym clothes on, I will go to the gym and workout. It becomes a habit and there are no excuses.
