Always stretch fully after exercise, and if you can't exercise then stretch anyway!!
Stretches make rthe exercise count!!

    Sweetie we know what we have to do to keep our bodies healthy and stretching is very important part of exercising

    I really pay for it when I don't stretch. I have arthritis so when I don't I do hurt the next morning - sometimes can barely walk for a while. But stretching helps so much!!
