I am finding that when I post my immediate goals, be they ever so baby steplike, on a spark board, and even if I get not actual response IT HELPS me to achieve that goal.
I guess it is similar to spark's suggestion that we write out our goals in a journal.

When that tiny day to day goal is achieved, I like to go back to the message board and tell about it. Again, nobody may even respond, but I know I did it and feel good about it.

Whether you have a few or more Spark teammates attend your team meet up, take some pictures and upload them to your team page or blog so others who couldn't come can share in the group event. Post with Spark names not real names, and if you put in local paper , get permission.
