With all the physical limitations that I have had, and still have, I remind myself to "Just keep swimming" like Dori in Finding Nemo. I MAKE myself get to the pool every opportunity that I have and MOVE. Never miss an opportunity to move!!! If you're MOVING...you're Grooving!

    You are so right about this Dawn. I go to the pool every day--well except now, the fitness center closes on sunday for the summer and I have to make sure that I get there in time for the really shortened Saturday hours--I feel so much better after I have been to the pool and exercised and swam some laps. It is the most comforting activity ever!!

    Swimming is one of the best exercises there is. You can tell by my user name what I like the best.

    I too go swimming 5 or 6 days a week. With my back problems it is the best exercise for me and i enjoy it which is a bonus.
