I don't have any big secret of getting my exercise however I can only share what works for me. I like to keep going and not sit around. I ride my exercise bike once in awhile however I love walking, walking, walking. It does something for my spirits and invigorates me. I am open to other exercise and see if it stimulates more cardio. Maybe checking out a gym or exercise program. 211
When you are looking for something to eat in the fridge ,it's IMPORTANT to know the DATE of when a container was opened. I thought up a simple system that has helped me. I just opened a new container of cottage cheese today.When I am finished with my helping, I CLOSE the container and WRITE on it with a Sharpie permanent marker the DATE I OPENED it ~for example,OPENED 1/5/13. Then I know WHEN it was opened and how GOOD or bad THE CONTENTS IS without having to guess!
Plus I don't eat something that has gone bad ,especially when I have a cold .
