Use your Nutrition Tracker to track your Daily Multivitamin & other supplements. Click on the Add A Food; click Enter a Food Not Listed; fill-in & Save; click SAVE TO MY FAVORITES. Back on the Daily Nutrition Tracker Page click on MORE NUTRIENTS (found to the right of PROTEIN) select & save.
Sometimes I read the topics and I don't remember things so I always save to my favorites and go back later to reread and if I really like what I've read I will print it out or save it to CD or flash drives
Sometimes I just don't have time to read an article and have often found it time consuming and nearly impossible to find again. I started using the link on the article page to save as a favorite. Later, when I have time, I go back and can read it.203
